One of the U.K.’s favorite racial justice advocates, British rapper Stormzy is reportedly working on a children’s book, which will tackle topics of diversity and race.
Spreading the word even farther and continuing the conversation on race in Britain, after many public appearances speaking on the issue, as well as pledging £10 million GBP (approx. $13 million USD) in support of social justice causes, Stormzy is, according to newspaper reports, working closely with a ghostwriter and an illustrator on a series of children’s books that will tackle themes of diversity.
The Sun said: “Stormzy has a mass audience base, with a large demographic. Publishers feel his messaging on equality, race, and social injustices would be good to translate into a series of children’s books.”
