For his latest music video, Tame Impala has chosen to feature a CGI dragonfly amidst a psychedelic backdrop that switches between solid animation and abstract patterns. The visual is accompanied by “Breathe Deeper” which is the fifth track from this latest studio LP The Slow Rush.
The dragonfly appears to have a transcendental trip in a cave. It later faces the camera and sings, picking up its wings and flying through the air from its point of view. Along with layers of oscillating visuals that match the song’s groovy sound, there are also two strange blobby creatures caught in the rhythm together.
