History is in the making with The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights” hit single becoming the longest-charting solo song in Billboard Hot 100 history.
The Song of The Year-awarded track charted its 74th week, passing the previous record-holder, Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours.”
It’s yet to be seen whether it will surpass Imagine Dragons‘ “Radioactive” which currently holds the record at 87 weeks spent on the singles chart.
