Anonymous England-based graffiti artist Banksy unveiled a new mural in Birmingham yesterday.
Located on Vyse Street in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, two reindeer are painted on a brick wall next to a bench, as if it was a sleigh. Banksy posted a video on Instagram showing the bench occupied by a homeless man, “being pulled up by the reindeer”, along with the caption that reads:
“God bless Birmingham. In the 20 minutes, we filmed Ryan on this bench, passers-by gave him a hot drink, two chocolate bars, and a lighter – without him ever asking for anything.”
