Netflix has finally confirmed the official premiere date for the special episode of its zombie K-drama Kingdom, Kingdom: Ashin of the North. In addition to the date, five posters teasing the upcoming release have surfaced.

the new installment will cover the story of Ashin (played by Gianna Jun, aka Jun Jihyun), who is left abandoned as the Joseon Dynasty gets taken over with a series of tragic events. The trailer captures young Ashin entering a dark cave with a torch to discover the “resurrection plant.” “To revive the dead, a price must be paid,” the screen reads alongside the eerie footage.
