It’s pretty sure we will see Jared Leto reprise his role as Joker.
Calling the character “hard to say no to,” in a recent interview with Variety, the actor/musician briefly touched on his experience playing the Clown Prince of Crime and why he’s open to the idea of returning. “It’s hard to say no to that character,” Leto said. “There are a very few characters that you play that have absolutely no rules, you know, that you could just go to town with and it’s so much fun. I had a lot of fun with that character.”
Jared Leto is reportedly set to make an appearance as Mr. J in the upcoming Justice League: The Snyder Cut version, which will remove original director Joss Whedon’s scenes and utilize both retooled visual effects and cut lines. The film will also include a selection of $70 million reshoots with Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot and Ray Fisher.
The Snyder Cut is scheduled to hit HBO Max this 2021. Stay tuned.
