Talking about the struggles that the coronavirus pandemic brought about, Mike Skinner has released a brand new track titled “Where The Fuck Did April Go?” The track is the B-side to the album None Of Us Are Getting Out Of This Life Alive which features Tame Impala on its opening track “Call My Phone Thinking I’m Doing Nothing Better”. He is gearing up to release his first project in almost a decade, scheduled on July 10.

He shared about the making of the song in a press release: “I wrote this last week. It’s a weird time, isn’t it? We were looking forward to the summer just like everyone else, festivals and gigs all there, new music, new stage set — but this has taken the wind from everyone’s sails. And none of us know quite how to cope with it all. I just wrote a tune the same way other people might talk to a therapist!”
