Currently on display at the Los Angeles boutique and gallery Terminal 27 is a dual exhibition by Luka Sabbat and Noah Dillon titled Surfaces. Available both in physical and virtual settings, the exhibition showcases mixed media pieces created by incorporating various materials scavenged from the Los Angeles landscape. These art objects pay homage to the West Coast city while exploring the relationship between identity and materiality.
Terminal 27 said about the exhibition in a statement, “Surfaces of LA in a gallery setting speaks to the proverbial real estate of Los Angeles. Symbols of the unattainable. Pieces of land that transcend their material form. Physical objects that encapsulate the identity of the city and the desires behind. A true and honest reflection of the place we live.”
