Could you tell us about the songs in the mix ?

It’s basically the tracks I played the most in 2018. A lot of the tracks are my own and/or ones released on my label, Circa 99. When I was younger I used to be a bit shy about putting my own music in mixes, now I just want to fit the most I can in 1 hour. It just feels good haha.

You have been moving to London ? What do you like about it ? What are the differences with Paris ?

There are soooo many. I never thought I would live here to be honest, but I felt there were lots of opportunities here for me as a producer and DJ. After 5 or 6 years in Paris I wanted to move somewhere else. I felt like I needed it to stay creative and open to the world. I guess when you spend too much time somewhere, you end up thinking that what you are experiencing everyday there is a representation of the world, but it’s not. I don’t know if it’s clear, but that’s how I felt, and I knew it was bad. That’s why I like to stay on the move.

What inspired you lately ?

I’m going through an obsession for 70s cinema. The 70’s was really the teenage angst of cinema it’s amazing to see that in 2019. Most of my lyrics come from movies actually. Sometimes just one sentence can be the idea for an entire song.

What makes you happy ?

Walking in nature.

What makes you sad ?

Sad people.

What are your plans for 2019 ?

Releasing A LOT of music and videos. That’s the plan.
