Tham & Videgård Designs have designed the “Most sought-after-home” in Sweden. With the help of the 2 millions of Swedes visiting each month Hemnet.se, Sweden’s biggest property site, the designers analyzed 200 million clicks and 86,000 properties to design what would statistically be Sweden’s most desired property.
“The Hemnet Home”s design was based off of quantifiable data from the site that determined the home’s size, price, number of rooms, bathrooms, and floors etc.
Preferences for wall colors, floor types, and kitchen countertop materials was determined by a six-week period analyze of the most clicked-on properties on Hemnet.se
