Described as the world’s largest anamorphic illusion, the recently completed installation, Public Media Art #1_ WAVE, amazes walkers of the Seoul’s Coex K-Pop Square, as well as millions of people over the internet. This massive creation is the work by the digital technology company d’strict, which chose the facade of the SMTown Coex Artium for its installation.
Graceful water waves crash on the edges of digital billboards that measure 80.8 meters in width and 20.1 meters in height, roughly “four times the size of a basketball court in Seoul.”
