As part of the partnership between Tinder and Lyft are launching a new feature that lets users of the dating app gift rides to their dates without leaving the Tinder app.

“We’re excited to partner with Lyft and work on innovative solutions for our members who are looking forward to getting back out there,” said David Wyler, Tinder’s SVP of Business Development and Partnerships. Although there’s no exact information about the official release, the dating app informed the users that the “features are slated to roll out in the coming months, and exclusive perks may also be available.” Tinder instead has confirmed that Lyft’s regular safety features including location sharing with family and friends, will still be accessible and available for these gifted rides.
